ABOUT THE PIECE: This limited edition cel (1987) from the Disney classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, presenting the heinous character as seen at the 7:38 mark of the film. Numbered 333 500 in the bottom left corner, this limited edition cel was created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of the first-ever Disney feature film. This hand-painted image of the heinous villain measures 7.25 x 9.75 and displays a Walt Disney stamp in the bottom right corner, shown on a printed copy of the background that appears during the scene.
ABOUT THE FILM: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is a 1937 American animated musical fantasy film about a lonely princess living with her stepmother, a vain Queen. The Queen worries that Snow White will be more beautiful than her, so she forces Snow White to work as a scullery maid and asks her Magic Mirror daily who is the fairest one of all . For years, the mirror always answers that the Queen is, pleasing her, until Snow White comes along.
